The hall is air-conditioned with wall to wall carpet and joined by a dining room exclusively for the delegates. The hall has a capacity to seat 40 persons in theatre style and 25 persons in U shape seating arrangement, besides the presenters. A white board and marker pens are provided. All the delegates are provided flip pads and pencils. Special care is taken to ensure privacy and provide an undisturbed atmosphere. The hall has adequate power point and telephone/computer connections. Video conferencing, video projectors etc can be made available at an extra cost . Our F&B division does catering for the conference/party and so far they have been doing an excellent job.
